For women looking for structured support with weight management, metabolic health, and fitness, I am also a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach.

The FASTer Way program combines science-based nutrition, intermittent fasting, strength training, and macro tracking to help women improve metabolism, build lean muscle, and achieve sustainable fat loss.

This program works especially well for women experiencing midlife metabolic changes during perimenopause and menopause.
